The Best Practice Survey in Business and Commercial Lending is nearly complete with over 175 banks participating. This no-charge webinar will present the results of the survey along with an analysis of the findings by a leading industry analyst from the TowerGroup. The survey was conducted over the last year to discover and evaluate best practices at banks in North America in their business and commercial lending groups. Survey participants were executive, senior or mid level managers specializing in sales, credit or operations at mid-size to large banks.

This webinar will review the processes, procedures, policies, systems, products, organizations, and compliance methods that have become best practices. The results will reveal those best practices that have been implemented or will be implemented at different types of banks and how important and successful they have been. The primary focus of the presentation will be on sales, origination, credit analysis, documentation, booking, monitoring and servicing.

Hear from Patricia Hines, Senior Analyst Wholesale Banking, TowerGroup who will share high level trends and statistics in the business commercial lending industry. Ms. HInes will provide commentary on results of the survey and how banks should view and utilize the results. Also hear from Mike Pennell, Executive Vice President, CapitalStream, Inc. Mr. Pennell will present the final survey results from the Best Practices in Business and Commercial Lending Survey. A brief overview of what CapitalStream has to offer in software, services and industry research will be given.

Attendees will be able to assess how their processes and policies compare to others throughout the industry and establish priorities for implementation of best practices in their bank.
