Medical, Dental, Vision
CapitalStream covers 100% of the cost of medical, vision, and dental premiums for the employee, and 40% for spouse/eligible domestic partner, and dependents. Medical and Vision coverage is provided through Premera Blue Cross, Dental coverage provided through United Concordia.

401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) profit-sharing plan provides a convenient, attractive, and tax-deferred method to assist you in accumulating savings for your retirement.

Incentive Stock Option Plan
All regular, full-time employees are eligible to receive stock option grants. Stock options generally vest over a four year period; one quarter on the first year vesting and then monthly for the following three years.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Beginning with the 1st day of employment through the third year anniversary, employees can accrue up to four weeks PTO per year (maximum accrual of 3 weeks at any given time). After the third anniversary, employees accrue up to six weeks PTO per year (maximum accrual of 4 weeks at any given time).

Holidays
CapitalStream recognizes eight holidays per year: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
